Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of johgeeirrig.com and any order you place through it for delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia or another destination offered at checkout.

The seller is TECHTIK WAVE ESSENTIAL LTD, trading as Johgee Irrigation, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 15312978), registered office 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom.

1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where the item is out of stock, where a price was listed in error, or where we cannot ship to your address — and if we do, we will refund you in full.

2. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. The amount charged, including shipping and any taxes or duties we collect, is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, GST or HST is added or collected at checkout where it applies; prices on this site are not presented as tax-inclusive in the way a VAT-inclusive price would be. Where import charges are not collected at checkout, section 4 applies.

3. Delivery, title and risk

Orders ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once we have received payment in full.

4. Import duties and customs

Your order crosses an international border. Unless the checkout page itemises import charges and collects them from you, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any import duty, customs clearance or brokerage fee, and any tax assessed by your country. These are set by your government, not by us. See the Shipping Policy for detail.

5. Product compatibility and installation

You are responsible for checking that the product suits your installation before ordering — in particular your outdoor faucet thread, your water pressure, and the power outlet the indoor gateway will use. Product specifications are published on the product page; if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after. Install the product by hand-tightening only. Do not use tools on plastic collars, do not exceed the stated pressure range, and remove and drain the unit before freezing weather. Damage caused by installation contrary to these instructions is not a manufacturing defect.

6. Warranty

We warrant the product against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. To claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. The warranty does not cover freezing damage, damage from over-tightening, operation outside the stated pressure range, battery leakage, or ordinary wear.

7. Consumer rights we do not exclude

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country or state where you live, where that law cannot be excluded by agreement.

Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The warranty in section 6 is given in addition to these guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including, for Australian customers, liability under the consumer guarantees described in section 7.

This product controls a water supply. Test every zone manually before relying on an unattended schedule, and do not use it where a valve failure would cause serious property damage without an independent shut-off.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images and product photography, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country or state of residence, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
